Supplying your own artwork

You are welcome to supply your own artwork if you are able to, but we suggest you take time to look over these guidelines for supplying print-ready digital artwork. These are intended to help get it right the first time. If, after reading these guidelines, you are still unsure of what to do, give us a call and one of our designers shall be only too pleased to help you.

Key points of note are:

Prices quoted for print-ready artwork apply to artwork files supplied requiring no alterations.

should be high resolution (300dpi) and saved in CYMK mode as a TIFF file.

Finished artwork files should be supplied as either a print quality PDF file or an EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) file, or a maximum quality CYMK JPEG (.jpg) or a TIFF file.
Files must be 4 colour (CYMK) compliant and either include all necessary fonts (typeface files) or text should be converted to paths (outlines).

Pages should be set with a 3mm bleed where the design is to be printed to the edge of the sheet and we recommend that text content should not be set within 3mm of the edge.
